You own your notes, prompts, and outputs. Request exports or deletions any time via support.
WriteAI uses encryption in transit and at rest, plus role-based access across internal tools.
Account details (name, email), assignment prompts, AI outputs, and payment metadata are collected to power the product. We never store payment card numbers; Stripe handles those details securely.
Email privacy@writeai.com to request a data export or ask for your account to be deleted. We respond within 48 hours and complete removals within 7 days.
